Tracey Boyer was 28-years-old when she was killed at her residence in the River’s Landing Apartment Complex on or about November 21, 1994. Tracey had two small children at the time of her murder, one of whom was in the apartment when she was killed. Tracey was strangled and stabbed. A suspect, Rogelio “Roy” Lomas, was originally arrested but charges were later dropped, and this case remains a cold case homicide investigation.
