21-year-old Oscar Hernandez was outside of his residence in the 500 block of Lucille Avenue sitting in his vehicle in the evening hours of July 1, 2010 when an unknown suspect approached and shot him in the neck. Oscar was transported for medical care and died at an area hospital from his injuries.
