Gina Ann Langosch was a 29-year-old mother with a 2-year-old son when she was murdered on November 17, 1992. Gina lived in the 600 block of St. Charles Street when, in the early morning hours, both her roommate and a friend discovered Gina dead inside the apartment. The Elgin Police Department, at the time, reported that Gina had been strangled. She was murdered one day before her 30th birthday.
