26-year-old Francisco Franco was with 18-year-old Julian Mascote outside of Julian’s residence in the 300 block of North Street with three other friends in the evening hours of July 26, 2007 when unknown suspect(s) fired multiple times at the five subjects, striking and killing both Francisco and Julian. Two other adults were also wounded during the shooting.
